1 package LivingCube™ Chef’s Blend microgreens
1 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup thinly sliced, cooked turkey pepperoni, chopped
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, beans, cheese, pepperoni, Basil microgreens, and Chef’s Blend microgreens
- Divide the mixture along the lettuce leaves
- Roll up the leaves or leave open as cups
