1 package LivingCube™ Butter Blend Lettuce leaves
1 pint G.R.EAT! Grab Rinse and EAT!® orange or red grape tomatoes
1 package LivingCube™ Basil microgreens
1 package LivingCube™ Chef’s Blend microgreens

1 cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup thinly sliced, cooked turkey pepperoni, chopped


  1. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, beans, cheese, pepperoni, Basil microgreens, and Chef’s Blend microgreens
  2. Divide the mixture along the lettuce leaves
  3. Roll up the leaves or leave open as cups
