Ingredients

8 slices of 12-grain bread
8 ounces of your favourite cheese
1 package LivingCube™ Butter Blend Lettuce, washed and well dried|
1 bag Mini Crunchers™ Cucumbers, sliced into long thin slices
1 package LivingCube™ Fire & Ice microgreens
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Create four sandwiches by evenly distributing the cheese, lettuce, cucumber, avocado and microgreens. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and enjoy!

Because the cucumber and avocado contain moisture, this sandwich is best enjoyed right away, rather than prepared the night before for a packed lunch. To serve, add a toothpick to keep this tall sandwich together!
