Simple Strawberry Smoothie

1 cup YES!Berries Your Everyday Snack® strawberries, hulled and chopped
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup pure pressed apple juice
1 small soft banana
Whole strawberries, for garnish
- Place yogurt, strawberries and juice into a blender; blend on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth
- Pour into serving glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries
- Serve immediately
If extra protein is required, a scoop of your favorite protein powder could also be added.
