¼ cup fresh orange juice
2 cups Sparkling wine (can be non-alcoholic)


  1. Blend strawberries and orange juice with a blender or fork until finely pureed.
  2. Press through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  3. Pour sparkling wine into glasses until 2/3 full; then top with orange-strawberry blend.
  4. Add the juice slowly to prevent the glass from overflowing.

Cooking Tips

If you’re looking to add a touch of class, garnish with a strawberry that is sliced down the middle but not all the way through. Cheers!
