1 package YES!Berries Your Everyday Snack!® strawberries, hulled and diced
1 medium lime
1 ½ teaspoons honey
1 small jalapeno pepper, finely diced
¼ cup red onion, diced
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Nacho chips for serving
Pinch of fine sea salt


  1. In a large bowl, whisk lime juice, zest, honey and salt
  2. Mix in the strawberries, jalapeno, onion, cilantro. Add pepper to taste
  3. Adjust the seasonings if you like – more lime for acidity, maple syrup for sweetness, salt for balance
  4. You can serve immediately, but the salsa can sit to develop flavor for 30 minutes
