1 pint G.R.EAT! Grab Rinse and EAT!® greenhouse grown grape tomatoes
½ small white onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons lime, freshly squeezed


  1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper
  2. Add lime juice and jalapeno pepper as desired
  3. Cover and let stand for 1 hour before serving
