1/3 cup oats
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup YES!Berries Your Everyday Snack!® strawberries, washed and diced into bite-size pieces
1/3 cup of dairy (milk, almond, cashew, soy, etc.)
1/4 cup yogurt (any flavor). If you don’t have yogurt, increase dairy to 1/2 cup
Nuts, seeds, dried fruit or honey, as topping (optional)


  1. Wash YES!Berries Your Everyday Snack!™ strawberries and dice into bite-size pieces
  2. Fill bottom half of mason jar or plastic container with oats, hemp hearts and chia seeds. Stir to combine.
  3. Add dairy and stir to ensure mixture is wet. There should be some excess that will be absorbed overnight. Top with berries
  4. Cover and leave in fridge overnight
  5. In the morning, stir oats and fruit to combine. If it’s too dry, top up with more dairy

Cooking Tips

If you wish to prepare several portions in advance, layer with the wet ingredients at the bottom and stir up the night before you plan to eat it.
