1 pint G.R.EAT! Grab Rinse and EAT!® greenhouse grown grape tomatoes
1 cup mini mozzarella balls
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh ground pepper


  1. In a serving bowl, combine the cheese, tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then set aside
  2. Toss the salad and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper, then let the salad rest for 5 minutes before serving
