2 English Seedless Cucumbers
cheddar cheese slices, cut into quarters
5 slices of turkey lunch meat, cut into quarters
1 pack of Delights Blushing with Flavor® cocktail tomatoes, thinly sliced


  1. Place a slice of cucumber on a plate and top with a square of cheese, piece of turkey, a tomato slice and top with another cucumber slice
  2. Secure with toothpick
  3. Repeat as many times as desired

Cooking Tips

Don’t cut off too much of the cucumber peel; it is a good source of dietary fiber.
